Black and white hues, coupled with wood tones and textures provide for simple elegance that embraces power, security, and stability- a signification of timelessness and regality.
This project is located in Baguio City and aims to be both an office and residential space. Sunny designed the third floor (which houses the office space and guest residence) as well as its fourth floor (which houses the residence of the owner).
Design considerations include the proper space allocations and adjacency between private spaces (the owner’s residence and guest residence) and public spaces (office area). At the same time, the design elements and details of the space mostly took into account the tastes and character of each family member: the Dad and Mom who loves to travel and loves fashion, and their daughter who is a very playful and energetic kid. Lastly, the day-to-day operations of the family were taken into consideration when designing the space.
